XLR does its utmost to protect your personal data by applying technical and organisational measures, of which the following are a few examples:

To enable us to verify your identity, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card, making your passport photo invisible, your national registration number invisible and mentioning that it is a copy. At the bottom of each e-mail you will also find the option of changing your contact details or unsubscribing from the newsletter.
