AV Technical Support
We are a fast-growing company in the audio-visual sector. To strengthen our sales team, we are currently looking for a dynamic AV technical support.
Job description
- Analysing customers’ technical requirements
- Provide technical advice to customers
- Manage product training sessions
- Monitor customers’ technical files, in collaboration with the sales department
- Assist the sales department with the design, integration and maintenance of audiovisual technologies.
- Organise product demonstrations
Personnal competences
- Perfect knowledge of new audio, lighting and IT technologies
- Experience in the audiovisual sector
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances (flexibility)
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Ability to learn
Offer
-Permanent contract

-Fixed working hours during office hours
